<\/p>
All eyes will be on Emmerdale<\/a> in the coming weeks as the ITV soap celebrates its 50th anniversary \u2013 but according to executive producer Jane Hudson, the excitement doesn\u2019t stop there.<\/p>\n Speaking to press including RadioTimes.com<\/a> to launch the stunt-filled week, Hudson hinted that the high-stakes action will continue right up until the end of the month \u2013 and will have game-changing consequences when it does land on screens.<\/p>\n Teasing what\u2019s to come from the celebratory episodes, Hudson said: \u201cIt\u2019s a rollercoaster of emotions and it has a visual impact that will blow\u00a0more<\/em> than your socks off, put it that way. There\u2019s death, there\u2019s destruction, but there\u2019s also real moments of intimacy, heartbreak and love.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd we\u2019re gonna see our characters tested in not just their physical strength, but their emotional strength as well. And there\u2019s gonna be a lot of tears, so I\u2019m warning you about that.\u201d<\/p> She continued: \u201cThe month already started with Aaron\u2019s return, we\u2019ve got the Faith storyline coming up which is going to be incredibly sad, and then we go into our storm<\/a> which has got more than one stunt across the week.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then, just when you think things can\u2019t get any worse for our Emmerdale characters, they really,\u00a0really<\/em> do. We end the month on a really big bang that propels us well into the new year.\u201d<\/p>\n While our lips are sealed about what happens in the 50th anniversary week, trust us \u2013 it\u2019s huge!
