The hit children’s series is heading to the big screen. <\/p>

Parents will likely have been told this several times \u2013 but children\u2019s TV phenomenon PAW Patrol is getting a feature film.<\/p>\n

Following fellow kids\u2019 TV icons such as SpongeBob<\/a> and Pokemon<\/a> to the silver screen, PAW Patrol: The Movie will see Chase, Skye, Rocky and co. come to the rescue after the evil Mayor Humdinger starts destroying Adventure City.<\/p>\n

PAW Patrol was already a huge success for Nickelodeon spawning live shows, spin-off video games and endless toys, but the film has turned quite a few heads with the casting of reality star Kim Kardashian West in her first major acting role.<\/p>\n

However, the inspired casting does not end there, as the UK release will also see cameos from the likes of Ronan Keating, Tom Fletcher and even Richard Arnold.<\/p>\n

They will be joining what looks to be a genuinely pawsome<\/em> cast list \u2013 read on for everything you need to know about the upcoming PAW Patrol movie.<\/p>\n

PAW Patrol movie release date<\/strong><\/h2>\n

PAW Patrol: The Movie will reach UK shores on 9th August 2021<\/strong>, being released exclusively in cinemas.<\/p>\n

For viewers in the US it will be available to watch on streaming service Paramount Plus as well as in the traditional cinema setting from 20th August.<\/p>

Delores in PAW Patrol movie \u2013 who voices her?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In amongst some of the A-list cast additions for the movie version of PAW Patrol is reality TV star, socialite and internet breaker Kim Kardashian West. She is set to play Delores, a poodle that works in an animal shelter.<\/p>\n

Whilst she has been a staple on TV screens for well over a decade, Kim has only made a handful of appearances on the big screen, the most notable of which was a small role in parodic Disaster Movie. Her role as Delores will be her first voice acting role.<\/p>\n

PAW Patrol movie cast<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For PAW Patrol: The Movie, regular cast members such as Iain Armitage who voices Chase and prolific voice actor Ron Pardo as Humdinger will return as do series mainstays Lilly Bartlam, Callum Shoniker and Keegan Hedley. Will Brisbin, Kingsley Marshall and Shayle Simons round out the regular cast.<\/p>\n

There have also been a number of A-list additions for the movie including chat show host Jimmy Kimmel as Marty Muckracker, a news anchor. Black-ish stars Yara Shahidi and Marsai Martin also join the cast as Kendra, a scientist and Liberty, a dachshund who is an enthusiastic new recruit to the patrol.<\/p>\n

Multi-hyphenate Tyler Perry will also voice a truck driver and comedians Randall Park and Dax Shepard will also star as Butch and Ruben, two security guards.<\/p>\n

However, there will also be a few special cameos for the UK and Ireland edition of the film, similar to Gino D\u2019Acampo\u2019s brief appearance in Luca<\/a>. Boyzone singer Ronan Keating, McFly star Tom Fletcher, Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Arnold and reality star Sam Faiers are the perhaps slightly random celebrities who will be lending their voices to the local edition of the animated film.<\/p>\n

The film will be directed by Cal Brunker, who has previously worked as an animator, storyboard artist and director on movies such as Looney Tunes: Back in Action, Escape from Planet Earth and Despicable Me.<\/p>\n
