\u201cOh, you guys are in for a treat. It\u2019s been pretty crazy and a lot has changed for people. There are bigger clients, bigger real estate and changes within the cast. It\u2019s going to be epic. I would say season four is going to kill all of the other seasons!\u201d<\/p>\n
The show was renewed for two more seasons<\/a> earlier this year, with Netflix adding Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan to Selling Sunset\u2019s cast<\/a> of glamorous realtors.<\/p>\n With Davina Portratz having moved to a rival firm and Christine Quinn giving birth to her son, a lot has changed since we last saw our favourite LA estate agents \u2013 so what should we expect from the upcoming episodes?<\/p>\n Read on for everything we know so far about Selling Sunset season four.<\/p>\n Although Selling Sunset has been confirmed to continue for a fourth and fifth season, a release date hasn\u2019t been set by Netflix<\/a> just yet.<\/p>\n Based on Mary\u2019s recent quotes, it\u2019s a fair bet that the show could be back on screens later this year.<\/p>\n A post shared by Mary Fitzgerald (@themaryfitzgerald)<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/blockquote> Mary recently told OK!<\/a> that the cast were just weeks away from filming season five \u2013 so hopefully we won\u2019t have too much longer to wait until season four (and five) hits our screens.<\/p>\n Season one of Selling Sunset launched in March 2019, introducing audiences to the super glamorous world of real estate \u2013 and the million-dollar houses \u2013 in the Hollywood Hills.<\/p>\n The second season dropped a little over a year later in May 2020, with the third coming not very long after that in August.<\/p>\n According to Jason Oppenheim, the COVID-19 pandemic which has brought the TV and film industry to their knees won\u2019t be a problem for the cast of Selling Sunset.<\/p>\n He told Metro<\/a>: \u201cI don\u2019t anticipate the coronavirus having too much of an effect. I don\u2019t foresee any restrictions on filming because I think that we\u2019re all together anyway, most of us. We\u2019re interacting already, so I don\u2019t think we\u2019re at much risk simply having cameras around.\u201d<\/p> There are two new members of the Selling Sunset cast<\/a>, Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan.<\/p>\n The pair have joined The Oppenheim Group and will be selling some serious properties and most likely getting involved in all the drama.<\/p>\n Judging by Mary\u2019s recent photo, it looks like all the usual crew, including a very pregnant Christine Quinn, are back for the fourth season.<\/p>\n Davina left the company last year to work for Douglas Elliman, however, Mary previously hinted that she could make an appearance in the new season.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cMy understanding is, whenever we do it, everyone is coming back. I don\u2019t know how Davina plays into that because she did leave the group, so I\u2019m not really sure how that\u2019s going to work out. I haven\u2019t spoken to her.\u201d<\/p>\n Maya Vander previously hinted the current series could be her last<\/a>, telling Metro<\/a>: \u201cWith two children right now, it\u2019s going to be difficult for me to relocate my life again to LA. We have a house right now in Miami, my husband is here and we\u2019ve been doing the whole back and forth. I was a bit more flexible and so was he, but his job is very serious and we have another baby. We will see\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n Similarly, Christine Quinn also suggested she could be saying goodbye<\/a> to the Netflix series.<\/p>\n She said; \u201cAll I\u2019m going to say is, it\u2019s hard working for a man,\u201d she said. \u201cIt is. I\u2019m not going to lie. So there\u2019s times where we\u2019ve definitely thought about doing other things\u2026 Right now I do like being a part of [the] family, I really, really do.<\/p>\n \u201cI like having that dynamic but it needs to have a little bit of healing, and mend itself first. If I ever saw myself leaving, it would be to work with only women.\u201d<\/p>\n New cast members haven\u2019t been confirmed, however, Mary has teased new additions to The Oppenheim Group in Selling Sunset season four<\/a>.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cWe do have a couple of new agents. There\u2019s a chance\u2026 we keep trying to tell production and Netflix that we want a couple of the other girls on the show because they\u2019re really good friends of ours. They work for The Oppenheim Group and they\u2019re very successful, so I think it would be good to have some new faces. But I don\u2019t know what they\u2019re going to choose.\u201d<\/p>\n In a recent interview with RadioTimes.com<\/a>, Mary shared an update on filming plans, while Maya Vander revealed what storylines could feature in Selling Sunset season four.<\/a><\/p>\n She even hinted at a possible spin-off involving her in Miami.<\/p>\n \u201cI just need nicer, sexy listings and a couple of crazy girls and we\u2019re all set. \u201cI think there is a lot of real estate, great properties here to film,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n There\u2019s plenty for the cameras still to follow, with Heather Rae Young now engaged to her partner Tarek El Moussa<\/a>.<\/p>\n Given that both Mary and Christine Quinn\u2019s weddings<\/a> featured on the show, it\u2019d be great to be front row at this one as well!<\/p>\n And of course, the drama between fan-favourites, Chrishell and Christine, will never get old. This alone could keep us tuning into the show for a few more seasons. Plus, there\u2019s bound to be more fall-out from Chrishell\u2019s divorce from Justin Hartley<\/a>.<\/p>\n As well as this, we saw Maya pitching a possible office opening in Miami, so this could make for an interesting future storyline if she were to stay on the show.<\/p>\n Christine is now pregnant, and after she filmed her wedding, which reportedly cost over $1 million we wonder if she\u2019ll be planning any more spectacular dos perhaps for the baby shower?<\/p>\n Maya recently revealed what could feature in the new series, telling us: \u201cSomeone will do something big somehow.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cThat\u2019s the beauty with Selling Sunset, nothing is predictable with the show. So, you know, between us girls, who knows? Maybe they\u2019re going to have new cast members that they don\u2019t tell us about, that could be it too. It would be interesting.
