It is a small rectangular box that can be plugged into any TV and is a way of streaming all your platforms and apps over WiFi in one place.<\/span><\/p>\n It also offers the full Sky Glass interface, meaning access to snazzy features like voice control and \u2018Restart\u2019 which allows you to jump into any live show and start it from the beginning. This could be a good choice if you\u2019re just looking to watch a particular show or don\u2019t want to commit to a long payment plan, but does include a \u00a339.95 set up fee.<\/p>\n Something to bear in mind is that this set up fee doesn\u2019t involve an engineer from Sky Stream \u2014 since the device can be used on any TV and you just plug it in yourself.<\/p>\n Alternatively, you can sign up to an 18-month contract<\/a> which is \u00a326 per month with a \u00a320 set up fee, which includes Sky Ultimate TV and Netflix basic package, which you can also attach add-ons to. Admittedly a small difference, but a difference nonetheless.<\/p>\n The main difference is that Sky Stream, similar to Sky Glass, features \u2018Playlist where you can find something to watch, hit the \u201d+\u2019 on the remote and it will add it to your playlist so you can find it to view later. However, Sky Stream doesn\u2019t come with a hard drive, which means that your selections are only saved for as long as they are available on that particular streaming service.<\/p>\n Sky Q and Sky Stream both have a maximum resolution of 4K.
