While last year the event was virtual, this year audiences are being welcomed back and coverage of the concerts will also feature on the BBC for those not lucky enough to get tickets.<\/p>\n<p>BBC Radio 3 will be broadcasting every concert live, and they will also be broadcast on BBC Sounds and will be available on demand, too. Twenty Proms will also be shown on BBC TV, including the famous First Night of the Proms and the Last Night of the Proms.<\/p>\n<p>The full schedule is listed below, followed by details of how you can book tickets to one of the 52 concerts that are performed over the 44 day festival.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BBC Proms Schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Friday 30<sup>th <\/sup>July, 7.30pm \u2013 First Night of the Proms 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BBC Symphony Orchestra launch the 2021 Proms with a programme featuring Vaughan Williams, Poulenc and a world premiere by Sir James MacMillan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 31<sup>st <\/sup>July, 7.30pm \u2013 The Golden Age of Broadway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Classic Broadway songs from Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and more performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 1<sup>st <\/sup>August, 11.45am \u2013 Organ Recital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organist Martin Baker celebrates the Royal Albert Hall\u2019s 150<sup>th <\/sup>anniversary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 1<sup>st <\/sup>August, 8pm \u2013 An Evening of Mozart with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Scottish Chamber Orchestra performs Mozart\u2019s final three symphonies, all composed in the summer of 1788.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 2<sup>nd <\/sup>August, 1pm and 6pm \u2013 Michael Collins, Adrian Brendel and Michael McHale celebrate Zemlinsky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fresh take on composer Alexander von Zemlinsky\u2019s Clarinet Trio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 2<sup>nd <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Ryan Bancroft Conducts the BBC National Orchestra of Wales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The orchestra explores who composers including Purcell and Brahms used the hypnotic repeated pattern of the \u2018chaconne\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 3<sup>rd <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Haydn, Mozart &amp; Beethoven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conductor Ben Gernon leads this BBC Philharmonic Prom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 4<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Vaughan Williams, Respighi and Mendelssohn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Japanese violinist Sayaka Shoji performs with Vasily Petrenko and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 5<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Grazinyte-Tyla Conducts the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Birmingham Symphony Orchestra performs the work of British composer Ruth Gipps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 6<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra Celebrates Stravinsky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Martyn Brabbins and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra perform \u2018Pulcinella\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 7<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Nicola Benedetti and the NYOGB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The teenagers of the National Youth Orchestra perform work including Beethoven\u2019s \u2018Eroica\u2019 Symphony.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 8<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Dvor\u00e1k\u2019s \u2018New World\u2019 Symphony<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BBC National Orchestra of Wales performs Dvor\u00e1k\u2019s Ninth Symphony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 9<sup>th <\/sup>August, 1pm and 6pm \u2013 The Marian Consort Performs Josquin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vocal ensemble The Marian Consort performs Josquin des Prez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 9<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Elgar\u2019s Cello Concerto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra perform with cello soloist Johannes Moser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 10<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013\u00a0Parallel Universes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Britta Bystr\u00f6m\u2019s Parallel Universes is performed alongside Sibelius\u2019s Romantic Violin Concerto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 11<sup>th <\/sup>August, 3.30pm and 8pm \u2013 Stravinsky from Memory<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Aurora Orchestra perform Stravinsky\u2019s The Firebird Suite from memory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 12<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Vladimir Jurowski and the LPO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jurowski makes his final appearance as the London Philharmonic Orchestra\u2019s Principal Conductor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 13<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Martyn Brabbins and the BBC Symphony Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BBC Symphony Orchestra are conducted by Brabbins for this concert featuring works by Payne, Berlioz and Beethoven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 14<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 V\u00edkingur \u00d3lafsson Plays Bach and Mozart<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Icelandic pianist \u00d3lafsson makes his Proms debut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 15<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7pm \u2013 Abel Selaocoe: Africa Meets Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South African cellist Selaocoe blends traditional playing styles with improvisation, singing and body percussion in this concert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 16<sup>th <\/sup>August, 1pm and 6pm \u2013 The Marmen Quartet Plays Haydn and Simpson\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Marmen Quartet make their BBC Proms debut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 16<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 To Soothe the Aching Heart<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>British opera stars perform excerpts on themes of separation and reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 17<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Manchester Collective<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manchester Collective make their Proms debut alongside harpsichordist Mahan Esfahani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 18<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Nubya Garcia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>British saxophonist, composer, DJ and bandleader Garcia makes her Proms debut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 19<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 The BBC Singers and Shiva Feshareki<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experimental composer Feshareki joins the BBC Singers for a choral playlist that includes the world premiere of Aetherworld.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 20<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Mystery Prom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Details of this prom will be revealed nearer the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 21<sup>st <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Moses Sumney Meets Jules Buckley and the BBC Symphony Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A concert blending soul, jazz, art-pop and spoken word.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 22<sup>nd <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Sir Simon Rattle Conducts the London Symphony Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simon Rattle conducts a concert to mark the 2021 Stravinsky anniversary.<\/p> <p><strong>Monday 23<sup>rd <\/sup>August, 1pm and 6pm \u2013 The Sound of Argentina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Guitarist Sean Shibe makes his Proms debut in this concert also featuring flautist Adam Walker and mezzo-soprano Wallis Giunta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 23<sup>rd <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Mystery Prom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Details of this prom will be revealed nearer the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 24<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Chineke! Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Britain\u2019s only majority Black and ethnically diverse orchestra returns to the Proms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 25<sup>th <\/sup>August, 3.30pm and 8pm \u2013 Eight Seasons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Violinist Joshua Bell performs with the Academy of St Martin In The Fields.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 26<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 George Lewis and Beethoven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra performs Beethoven\u2019s Second Symphony alongside a world premiere from American composer George Lewis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 27<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Charlotte Bray, Walton &amp; Arnold<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>William Walton\u2019s Viola Concerto, Malcolm Arnold\u2019s Symphony No 5 and the premiere of Charlotte Bray\u2019s Where Icebergs Dance Away are featured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 28<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Bart\u00f3k Roots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Violinist Patricia Kopatchinskaja traces the evolution of Hungarian folk song in this Prom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 29<sup>th <\/sup>August, 2.30pm and 7pm \u2013 Family Prom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A special family performance of Saint-Sa\u00ebns\u2019s zoological fantasy, The Carnival of the Animals, featuring author Michael Morpurgo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 30<sup>th <\/sup>August, 1pm and 6pm \u2013 French Fancies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three oboe sonatas by Saint-Sa\u00ebns, Dutilleux and Poulenc will be performed at this Anglo-French Prom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 30<sup>th <\/sup>August, 7.30pm \u2013 Sir George Benjamin Conducts the Mahler Chamber Orchestra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sir George Benjamin conducts works including Ravel\u2019s Piano Concerto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 31<sup>st <\/sup>August, 5pm \u2013 Wagner\u2019s Tristan &amp; Isolde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Glyndebourne Festival Opera\u2019s production of Tristan and Isolde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 1<sup>st <\/sup>September, 7.30pm \u2013 Sir John Eliot Gardiner Conducts the Monteverdi Choir &amp; English Baroque Soloists<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sir John makes his 60<sup>th <\/sup>Proms appearance, directing music from Bach and Handel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 2<sup>nd <\/sup>September, 7.30pm \u2013 20<sup>th <\/sup>Century British Film Music<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Classic British film scores, including The Cruel Sea and The
