John Williams\u2019s soundtrack in the episodic Star Wars movies contains some of the greatest film music of all time.<\/span><\/p>\n But as the Star Wars universe continues to expand with new Disney Plus series\u00a0Andor<\/a>, an\u00a0exciting new addition has been added to the music canon: composer Nicholas Britell (Don\u2019t Look Up, Succession), whose\u00a0<\/span>soundtrack is bringing some unique sounds to the franchise.<\/span><\/p>\n And now Lucasfilm has released the first soundtrack for Andor,<\/a>\u00a0the prequel series to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>on digital platforms including Spotify, Amazon and Apple.<\/p>\n The soundtrack features tracks from the first four episodes.<\/p>\n The composer took to social media earlier this week to reveal the exciting news, tweeting in response<\/span>\u00a0to a fan praising a musical sequence <\/span>that plays during Cassian and Luthen\u2019s escape from Ferrix in episode 3.<\/span><\/p>\n Andor: Volume 1 (Episodes 1-4) comes out this Friday!
