Jowita, who joined Strictly Come Dancing<\/a> as a professional dancer in 2021, added that \u201cunderstanding each other\u201d is important, as a celebrity\u2019s performance and dancing will improve if they \u201cfeel comfortable in [their] environment\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cI think we try always to be with each other like an open book so we tell each other about our feelings, and we will tell what we need, what are we hoping for,\u201d she explained. \u201cAnd I think the communication is really important, which I think we have really good.\u201d<\/p>\n Hamza continued: \u201cIt\u2019s literally like having a partner or a relationship, you have to tell the truth. Because if you\u2019re not happy about something, you can\u2019t bottle it up, and then kind of go, \u2018Oh, she won\u2019t notice this.\u2019 No, it will come out.<\/p> \u201cAnd it\u2019ll come out later down the line, when you\u2019re on Thursday, or Friday, and you\u2019re like, \u2018I wish we changed it on Monday.\u2019 So it\u2019s a proper trust process.\u201d<\/p>\n The Countryfile star also said that he tends to struggle with knee pain in the competition but communicates that to Jowita. \u201cWhatever it is, I can share that with her and say, \u2018Look, my knee\u2019s aching a little bit.\u2019 Then we tape my knee and we can continue.\u00a0I think communication is so important and having a good pro-celebrity relationship is key.\u201d<\/p>\n This weekend, Hamza and Jowita will be taking on the Tango to Chris Isaak\u2019s Wicked Game<\/a>, while just 11 contestants<\/a> remain in the competition after Jayde Adams<\/a>\u2018 exit last week<\/a>.<\/p>\n Strictly Come Dancing 2022 continues on Saturday 29th October at 6:50pm on BBC One.
