The Devil\u2019s Hour is now streaming on Prime Video<\/a> \u2013 and if the spooky series proves to be a hit, the show\u2019s creator already has a second and third season planned.<\/p>\n Jessica Raine \u2013 who plays Lucy Chambers \u2013 told RadioTimes.com<\/a> that writer Tom Moran has mapped out a \u201cfinite\u201d three-season run.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I took the job, what was so attractive to me was that the whole of the first season was written when we started that first day of shooting, so I knew exactly where it was going,\u201d said Raine. \u201cI also knew that he had a season 2 and a season 3 planned out.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s finite \u2013 that would be what it is if it got green-lit, which I really hope it does.\u201d<\/p> Though she couldn\u2019t go into detail on where the story of The Devil\u2019s Hour<\/a> might go next, Raine hinted that more twists were in store. \u201cIt\u2019s a gift of a role because it will continue to be really challenging, not formulaic at all, a different side of the coin\u2026 that\u2019s the bit I can\u2019t say much about, but oh my God\u2026 [the first season] is like one third of a novel, so there\u2019s so much scope for more.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a really, really good idea and I hope we get to finish it.\u201d<\/p>
