The former wrestling star has wrapped filming on action-packed thriller Red Notice, which looks set to cater to the more mature side of the actor\u2019s fanbase.<\/p>\n
The film, directed by Johnson\u2019s Skyscraper and Central Intelligence collaborator Rawson Marshall Thurber, will follow an FBI profiler as he teams up with two criminals from atop the most wanted list.<\/p>\n
Deadpool<\/a> star Ryan Reynolds plays a character billed as \u201cthe world\u2019s greatest conman\u201d, while Wonder Woman<\/a>\u2018s Gal Gadot will take on the role of a notorious art thief.<\/p>\n Together, they will attempt to pull off a dangerous, globe-trotting heist, which promises to include some epic action sequences with its A-list stars, each of whom are looking at a huge $20 million pay cheque for their involvement.<\/p>\n Read on for all the details on Netflix<\/a>\u2018s Red Notice, including confirmed release date, cast, plot and latest news.<\/p>\n CONFIRMED:\u00a0<\/strong>Red Notice will be available to stream worldwide on Netflix from\u00a0Friday 12th November<\/strong>, as confirmed by Dwayne Johnson on Twitter.<\/p>\n The film has been in the works for some time, starting life at Universal Pictures before moving over to Netflix in July 2019, with its three principal stars securing $20 million paydays in the transition (via Variety<\/a>).<\/p>\n Filming commenced in January 2020 but was temporarily halted last year as the coronavirus pandemic took hold, resuming in September and wrapping just two months later.<\/p>\n ????You\u2019re officially on notice????@Netflix<\/a>\u2019s biggest movie ever #REDNOTICE<\/a> premieres in your living rooms around the globe on NOV 12????????
