The Love Island star entered the Jungle as part of I\u2019m a Celeb\u2019s 2022 line-up, however on Monday, ITV confirmed that she had left to \u201cundergo some medical checks\u201d<\/a> and \u201cfurther investigation\u201d meant she was unable to return to camp.<\/p>\n In the days since Olivia Attwood<\/a>\u2018s exit, The Sun<\/a> reported that the reality star was not allowed to return to the jungle after leaving for medical examination due to the show\u2019s strict COVID bubble rules.<\/p>\n However, RadioTimes.com<\/strong> understands that this is inaccurate, with The Sun\u2019s report that Attwood broke a COVID bubble having nothing to do with Attwood not returning to camp.<\/p>\n While Olivia Attwood has not issued an official statement, a post on her Instagram story read: \u201cFor clarity, Olivia did not leave the jungle due to COVID reasons.\u201d<\/p>\n Attwood\u2019s exit from the show was briefly addressed in episode 2<\/a> of I\u2019m a Celebrity, with her team saying after the news broken: \u201cTo say Olivia is heartbroken would be an understatement.<\/p>\n \u201cShe dreamed of doing, \u2018I\u2019m a Celeb\u2019 for years, and was absolutely loving every second of the show and throwing herself into jungle life feet first.\u201d<\/p>\n They added: \u201cYou will hear the truth from Olivia in due course and she will be back on your screens in the New Year.\u201d<\/p> In the first episode of I\u2019m a Celebrity 2022, Attwood was voted to be a Jungle VIP and picked Chris Moyles to do the first challenge with her, which involved skydiving from 10,000ft onto a beach.<\/p>\n I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here! continues on ITV tonight at 9pm.
