Fans of Netflix<\/a>\u2018s most suave gentleman thief will have to wait a little longer to see him back on their screens, as it appears Lupin Part 3 won\u2019t land on the streamer until 2023 \u2013 though exactly when remains a mystery.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s plenty to be excited about in the meantime, however, especially since a brand new trailer and first-look image were released<\/a> as part of Netflix\u2019s TUDUM event back in September.<\/p>\n

The teaser gave us our first look as Omar Sy\u2019s Assane Diop in Lupin Part 3, with co-creator George Kay promising something of a reboot for the new batch of episodes.<\/p>\n

Indeed, it looks like Assane is after a fresh start, though the fact he\u2019s still very much on the run from the police indicates leaving his past \u2013 and France \u2013 behind will be no easy task.<\/p>\n

Part 3 has been a long time coming, with Netflix Tweeting a picture of Sy on set back November 2021 to mark the beginning of production.<\/p>\n
