Addams Family fans, prepare yourselves: the clan are back in Netflix<\/a>\u2018s Wednesday<\/a> \u2013 a new spin-off series starring Jenna Ortega and Christina Ricci<\/a>, which has been co-created by Tim Burton.<\/p>\n

The coming-of-age horror comedy \u2013 which is suitable for those 12 and up<\/a> \u2013 focuses on the family\u2019s teenage daughter, Wednesday (Jenna Ortega), as she enrols at a new school.<\/p>\n

However, when a mysterious monster embarks on a killing spree in the local area, Wednesday must harness her own psychic powers to solve the mystery.<\/p>\n

Along the way, music plays an important role, with a gothic score by Danny Elfman, who previously collaborated with Burton on Edward Scissorhands, Batman, The Nightmare Before Christmas and more, complementing the spooky action.<\/p>\n
