But one thing that won\u2019t be changing is that Asa Butterfield will be returning in the lead role of Otis Milburn, and so\u00a0during an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com<\/a> to promote his new festive film Your Christmas or Mine?<\/a> we asked the star if there was anything he could tease about the next run.<\/p> \u201cI\u2019m not sure how much I\u2019m allowed to tease,\u201d he said. \u201cBut we\u2019re in the new school, new locations and things have changed up a bit. And we\u2019ve got some new characters.<\/p>\n \u201cThe show\u2019s definitely sort of evolved somewhat,\u201d he added. \u201cBut it\u2019s still got the core team involved and it\u2019s been fun \u2013 I mean we all know each other so well at this point, so it\u2019s a great time and it\u2019s a laugh.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier in 2022, Butterfield\u2019s co-star Emma Mackey \u2013 who plays Otis\u2019 will-they-won\u2019t-they love interest, Maeve Wiley \u2013revealed to RadioTimes.com<\/strong> that her role might be a little reduced in the new run<\/a>, but she added that despite the changes it still very much felt like the same show.<\/p>\n \u201cIt feels very familiar! And it\u2019s a bit more sporadic because we have more characters. So there\u2019s\u2026 I\u2019m not in it as consistently,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd yeah, I\u2019m intrigued to know what\u2019s going to happen \u2013 because I also don\u2019t know.
