As we excitedly prepare for another instalment of hit Sky comedy series I Hate Suzie<\/a>, which drops later this month, star of the show Billie Piper has spoken about the upcoming season in a new interview<\/a>.\u00a0At the same time, she also spoke about past roles, including Doctor Who<\/a>, fans will be very pleased to know.<\/p>\n

Formerly playing companion\u00a0 Rose Tyler<\/a>, Piper revealed that her Doctor Who ending was one she has mulled over.<\/p>\n

When asked if she would change a plot point or ending in something she\u2019d done, what it would be and how exactly she\u2019d change it, she replied: \u201cOh my God, for sure, the\u00a0Doctor Who\u00a0ending where I go off with the second Doctor instead of the real Doctor to the parallel universe.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not a criticism of Russell T Davies, because he is the master, but I struggled with that. Mainly because the second Doctor is less good than the real one!\u201d<\/p>

Featuring as Tyler throughout seasons 1 and 2 of the revival series (and returning for a few episodes of season 4 and one-off special episodes, of course), Piper\u2019s Doctor Who companion<\/a> was a beloved favourite. In her time as a cast member, she starred alongside both Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant.<\/p>\n

Later in the same interview, Piper was also asked if she\u2019d ever do a Rose Tyler spin-off show if Russell T Davies asked her to. She said: \u201cIf it was shot in London \u2013 sorry that\u2019s a really loveless answer!<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a running theme here, I don\u2019t want to work much. It was like four episodes all shot in London, then yeah, I\u2019d be like a rat-up-a-drainpipe for that.\u201d<\/p>\n

And speaking about the exciting news that Sex Education\u2019s Ncuti Gatwa<\/a> has been cast as the Doctor, she commented that it\u2019s \u201cgreat\u201d and the series is \u201cjust going from strength to strength, I\u2019m so here for it\u201d.<\/p>\n
