“There is an endgame.” <\/p>
The executive producer of Stranger Things<\/a>, Shawn Levy, has teased that he and the show\u2019s creators the Duffer brothers have the \u201cend in sight\u201d for the Netflix<\/a> sci-fi drama series.<\/p>\n \u201cI have the end in sight. The [Duffer] brothers have the end in sight,\u201d he told Collider<\/a>, promising a \u201cplan\u201d and \u201cendgame\u201d for the\u00a0acclaimed\u00a0show.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is a plan and that too will be shared \u2013 not quite as soon as a sense of when season four is coming out, but soon enough. I can say this: no one\u2019s making it up as we go along and there is an endgame, if you will,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, Levy also hinted that there will be a major Stranger Things season four announcement<\/a> coming our way next week.<\/p>\n Speaking at a press day for his new film Free Guy<\/a>, Levy confirmed that filming on the upcoming series is almost finished and implied that by mid-August fans will be given \u201ca ballpark\u201d as to the Stranger Things release date.<\/p>\n \u201cI have been, along with the [Duffer] brothers, we have been kind of tag-teaming it and directing it as recently as now.<\/p>\n \u201cSo not quite done filming. [We\u2019ll be done] imminently. All I can say is by the time this airs, we\u2019ll at least have given the world a ballpark.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd I\u2019m not allowed to say more.
