We haven\u2019t got long to go until the start of Love Island<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On Monday 16th January, the dating show will return to ITV2 and ITVX, with Maya Jama making her debut<\/a> as the show\u2019s latest host.<\/p>\n

She takes over from Laura Whitmore<\/a> who quit the show last year after three seasons.<\/p>\n

As well as a new host, there\u2019s also a brand new Love Island villa in South Africa<\/a>.\u00a0And of course, there\u2019s new sexy singletons ready to find love in the sun.<\/p>\n

One week ahead of season 9, ITV revealed the starting line-up, including a biomedical science student, a farmer, and a ring girl.<\/p>\n

was confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about why she is joining Love Island, Tanya revealed: \u201cI\u2019m looking for a boyfriend and I think being in a villa with lots of different people will help me work out who it is I may want.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, one thing to give her the ick is feet, with \u201cguys that don\u2019t wear socks in the house\u201d proving problematic.<\/p>\n<p>Tanya also has vitiligo \u201cwhich is a skin pigmentation \u2013 you may not even notice it.
