The first season saw Jeremy Clarkson, aka<\/span>\u00a0Britain<\/span>\u2019s most unlikely farmer, spend a year attempting to learn the workings of his farm, Diddly Squat, aided by a host of hilarious characters \u2013 all of whom are set to return too.<\/span><\/p>\n
The show was renewed for a second season<\/a> early on in 2022, with Clarkson announcing the news in a statement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019m absolutely delighted that, once again you\u2019ll be able to spend some time with Cheerful Charlie, Gerald, Lisa and of course, Kaleb,\u201d Clarkson said. \u201cWe are such a happy team.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Grand Tour<\/a> host himself made a video announcing the news, though tractor driver Kaleb seems to have a suggestion for a new title for the show\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\n\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\""Body"\"><span lang=\""EN-US"\">Amazon boss Dan Grabiner added: \u201c<\/span><span lang=\""DA"\">Clarkson<\/span><span lang=\""EN-US"\">\u2019s Farm\u00a0is Jeremy\u2019s unfiltered love letter to farming. It is that authenticity, charm and humour, combined with the farm\u2019s fantastic characters, which have made the series such a remarkable hit with audiences.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2 class=\""Body"\"><b><span lang=\""EN-US"\">Was Clarkson\u2019s Farm season 2 cancelled?<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">As detailed above, Clarkson\u2019s Farm season 2 is going ahead despite his recent controversial comments, along with an already-commissioned season 3, but Variety reports the<\/span> presenter won\u2019t appear in any new shows on Prime Video beyond 2024.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">While the streaming network hasn\u2019t released a statement, Clarkson revealed on Instagram that Amazon bosses were \u201cincandescent\u201d at his comments in an apology for the column\u00a0<\/span><span style=\""font-weight:\">in which he suggested he wanted to \u201cthrow lumps of excrement\u201d at Markle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">\u201cUsually, I read what I\u2019ve written to someone else before filing, but I was home alone on that fateful day, and in a hurry,\u201d he wrote. \u201cSo when I\u2019d finished, I just pressed send. And then, when the column appeared the next day, the land mine exploded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">\u201cIt was a slow rumble to start with and I ignored it. But then the rumble got louder. So I picked up a copy of The Sun to see what all the fuss was about. We\u2019ve all been there, I guess.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">\u201cIn that precise moment when we suddenly realise we\u2019ve completely messed up. You are sweaty and cold at the same time. And your head pounds. And you feel sick. I couldn\u2019t believe what I was reading. Had I really said that? It was horrible.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">The TV host revealed that he had also e-mailed Harry and Meghan directly to apologise for his column.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">\u201cOn Christmas morning, I e-mailed Harry and Meghan in California to apologise to them too. I said I was baffled by what they had been saying on TV but that the language I\u2019d used in my column was disgraceful and that I was profoundly sorry,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">In Clarkson\u2019s December 16th column, the Grand Tour presenter wrote in reference to Markle: \u201cI hate her. Not like I hate [Scottish National Party leader] Nicola Sturgeon or [British serial killer] Rose West. I hate her on a cellular level.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">He continued: \u201cAt night, I\u2019m unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant, \u2018Shame!\u2019 and throw lumps of excrement at her.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">Clarkson previously issued a brief statement on 19th December, writing on Twitter: \u201cI put my foot in it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\""font-weight:\">He said: \u201cIn a column I wrote about Meghan, I made a clumsy reference to a scene in Game of Thrones and this has gone down badly with a great many people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div
