A face from DI Neville Parker\u2019s past entered the frame in tonight\u2019s episode of Death in Paradise<\/a>.<\/p>\n

DC Andrew Buckley, an ex-colleague who works in the fraud unit in Manchester, was drafted in via video link to help with the case.<\/p>\n

Cheryl Horner, real name Darianna Green, who had pretended to work for a fake real estate company as part of a scam, had been found dead.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a good guy,\u201d Neville said to Naomi. \u201cYou\u2019ll like him.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a later scene, the detective received a phone call from Andy but he swiftly ended the conversation when his attention was diverted back to the investigation. That evening, he followed up the call, but was left concerned by Andy\u2019s behaviour.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was good to see you the other day, Nev, after all this time,\u201d he said. \u201cWe were good friends you and me, weren\u2019t we?\u201d<\/p>\n

Neville looked perplexed as he assured him that they still were.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs everything alright, mate?\u201d he asked. \u201cAre you OK? Have you been drinking?\u201d<\/p>\n

Andy said that he\u2019d had a couple of beers to give himself \u201ca bit of dutch courage\u201d. He had some news to share with the detective and judging by his demeanour, it\u2019s not the good kind.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s something I want to talk to you about,\u201d he said. \u201cI don\u2019t want to have to tell you\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

But Neville, and us, were left in the dark after he hung up.<\/p>

The next day, Neville contacted Andy to check in on him, but he brushed it off as having had too much to drink: \u201cEverything\u2019s cool, just a couple of tough cases.\u201d<\/p>\n

Neville, however, was unconvinced, and he\u2019s right to be. Suddenly, the score took\u00a0an ominous turn.<\/p>\n

Andy\u2019s not in the UK, as he claimed, but has just arrived in Saint Marie and is on his way to Port Royal.<\/p>\n

What is he concealing from Neville? And why has he arrived on the island in secret?<\/p>
