Filming for Killing Eve season four is underway \u2013 and Jodie Comer is dreading saying goodbye. <\/p>
The fourth season of Killing Eve<\/a> is in the works, with filming underway as of June 2021 following a long series of COVID-related delays.<\/p>\n Series three hinted there was still hope for a romantic relationship between Jodie Comer\u2019s charismatic assassin Villanelle and Sandra Oh\u2019s British intelligence agent Eve Polastri. With the fourth series confirmed as the spy drama\u2019s last, it would be nice to finally see the pair happy together, even if that is unlikely.<\/p>\n Speaking of filming the ending of the beloved series, Comer told Digital Spy<\/a> she thought it would be a \u201cbittersweet\u201d moment.<\/p>\n \u201cIt doesn\u2019t feel different but I suspect it will in a couple of weeks\u2019 time,\u201d she said of production. \u201cI definitely had a moment where I looked at the clapperboard the other day before doing a take and I was like, \u2018Oh God.\u2019 I was thinking about the moment when that\u2019s going to be the last take; I felt a little bit emotional.\u201d<\/p> She added: \u201cWe have two more blocks to go before we can let that get the better of us. At the minute, it\u2019s full steam ahead and focusing on doing the best job at hand. It\u2019s going to be bittersweet.\u201d<\/p>\n Like its previous seasons, Killing Eve\u2019s fourth series is helmed by a female writer, in this case Sex Education<\/a>\u2018s Laura Neal.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s hoping the final series will give Eve the send-off she deserves, and start actually killing people<\/a>.<\/p>\n Looking for something else to watch?
