The Caped Crusader returns. **CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE BATMAN** <\/p>

The sequel film to the 2022 film The Batman has finally been officially titled as The Batman \u2013 Part II.<\/p>\n

The film was previously officially announced as part of Warner Bros. and DC\u2019s presentation at CinemaCon 2022.<\/p>\n

Robert Pattinson is set to reprise his role as the Caped Crusader, and writer and director Matt Reeves will also be back to helm the movie and its trilogy and spin-offs \u2013 despite the other plans on the way from James Gunn.<\/p>\n

Gunn revealed in an official announcemnt on Tuesday 31st January 2023 that \u201cMatt is working on [The Batman \u2013 Part II], which he thinks of as a Batman crime saga, which also includes the Penguin TV series.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd it is its own thing and he\u2019s hard at work on that. He came in and pitched us some amazing, really cool stuff the other day. So our plan is for that to continue.\u201d<\/p>\n
