Ever since Lucille said goodbye to Poplar<\/a> to get out of London and visit her family in Jamaica, Call the Midwife<\/a> fans have been on tenterhooks wondering when, and indeed if, they will see her again.<\/p>\n The show\u2019s most recent episode<\/a> did nothing to assuage their fears, as Lucille was found to have started working at the town hospital in Jamaica so she can pay her way at her parents\u2019 home, suggesting her visit might not be as temporary as first suggested.<\/p>\n RadioTimes.com<\/a> caught up with the show\u2019s creator Heidi Thomas exclusively at this year\u2019s Radio Times Covers Party<\/strong>, and asked whether we\u2019ve seen the last of Leonie Elliott\u2019s character.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cWell, if I told you I\u2019d have to kill you. I mean Cyril is very much around at the moment, he\u2019s back in Poplar and he\u2019s waiting. And I think we\u2019re all waiting with him to find out what\u2019s going to happen.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cWe are all Cyril at the moment, we are all in the dark, we don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Patrick Turner star Stephen McGann joked: \u201cYou can\u2019t just get spoilers out of us \u2013 what kind of people do you think we are?!\u201d<\/p> At the Radio Times Covers Party, RadioTimes.com<\/strong> also caught up with the show\u2019s stars Helen George, Megan Cusack and Olly Rix, who spoke about the \u201cpivotal\u201d<\/a> quieter moments seen this season between Trixie and Matthew.<\/p>\n The stars also spoke about the show\u2019s future, admitting that beyond the already confirmed 13th season next year, they know \u201cnothing\u201d about whether more seasons<\/a> are in store.<\/p>
