Minecraft can be a tricky game for newcomers to navigate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, there are plenty of <\/span>minecraft commands which you can use to improve your blocky adventures.<\/span><\/p>\n

They range from simple options that let you handle routine interactions more quickly to more unusual commands which enable you do everything from teleport<\/a> to change the weather.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be pleased to know that<\/span> these aren\u2019t the kind of toxic cheats that have been plaguing games such as <\/span>Call of Duty Warzone<\/span><\/a> \u2013 they\u2019re only allowed in worlds where cheats are enabled, and are more focused on enhancing creative power than wiping out enemies.<\/span><\/p>\n

So to take the hard work out of crafting and speed up your inventory navigation, here\u2019s a list of the best Minecraft commands and cheats \u2013 which are achieved by something called console commands.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to use Minecraft commands<\/h2>\n

Firstly, as with most mods, these cheats are only available on PC, so console players will have to grind the old-fashioned way. Secondly, these can only be used on worlds where cheats are enabled \u2013 you\u2019ll be asked this when you create a world, or opening a single-player game to LAN and selecting \u2018Allow Cheats\u2019.<\/p>\n

With your cheat-enabled world ready and loaded, all you need to do is enter some commands now \u2013 with the first step to press the \u2018C\u2019 key to bring up the command bar.<\/p>\n

The command bar is where you\u2019ll enter the commands, and each one must be prefixed by a forward slash (\/). You\u2019ll also have to choose targets to be the recipients of your cheats \u2013 but rather than type out full names, you can use this shorthand target selector shortcuts:<\/p>\n
