With all of the side quests to complete, lessons to take part in, and a large open world to explore, Hogwarts Legacy<\/a> is a hefty game. But how long is it exactly? That\u2019s another question.<\/p>\n

Before diving into a game, it\u2019s good to know just how many hours it should take to complete it. You can use this knowledge to help make up your mind whether to purchase it from a retailer such as Amazon<\/a> or not, or just to know how many days you need off from work to play through its story.<\/p>\n

How long is Hogwarts Legacy? The latest news and rumours<\/b><\/h2>\n

It should take around 30-<\/strong>35 hours to complete Hogwarts Legacy<\/strong> if you focus primarily on the story. As it is an open-world game, however, filled with exploration and side quests you could be playing it for a lot longer than that.<\/p>\n

Given the size and scope of the game, it\u2019s not unlikely that unlocking every trophy\/achievement<\/a> will take 70 hours or more. This is a game that will be as long as you want it to be.<\/p>\n

Of course, its length will all depend on how long you spend exploring\/taking in the sights and sounds of Hogwarts, Hogsmeade and other areas. Playing the game on easy difficulty mode will make it a little shorter, too, if you\u2019re concerned by its length.<\/p>

The Hogwarts Legacy map size is big. It\u2019s 2.95 square miles<\/strong> big, to be exact. You\u2019ll have plenty of map to explore and different locations to visit in your time spent in-game.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of larger maps in gaming, but trust us when we say that 2.95 square miles is more than big enough to spend a few dozen hours in.<\/p>\n
