Director Joel Crawford and producer Mark Swift spoke to RadioTimes.com at the BAFTA Film Awards 2023. <\/p>
With Puss in Boots: The Last Wish<\/a> revelling in monumental success as of late, it seems as though fans of the furry protagonist could very well be getting another instalment in the film franchise.<\/p>\n Speaking exclusively to RadioTimes.com<\/a> at the BAFTA Film Awards 2023<\/a>, director Joel Crawford and producer Mark Swift spoke about the positive reception to the film.<\/p>\n Crawford said: \u201cWe always spend so much time really trying to make the film as great as it can be but we never know, how the audience will receive it.\u201d<\/p>\n Swift then admitted: \u201cIt\u2019s been 11 years since Puss in Boots was last out with the public and so we were like, \u2018Have people forgotten about him? Are they excited to see him?\u2019 It was so nice to see the reception.\u201d<\/p>\n Crawford added that it\u2019s been \u201cawesome\u201d, \u201cespecially seeing it open here in the cinemas and the reception in the UK is fantastic\u201d.<\/p>
