Is there more to their relationship than meets the eye? <\/p>

Bob Hope (played by Tony Audenshaw) and Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles) have certainly been growing closer on Emmerdale<\/a>, and have earned themselves the coveted double-act title.<\/p>\n

In last night\u2019s episode (22nd February), the couple continued to work together on their new B&B venture, but it brought about a comedy of errors when Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) thought she overheard they\u2019d slept together<\/a>!<\/p>\n

They hadn\u2019t, of course \u2013 Bernice had a one-night fling with Tim the musician \u2013 but that didn\u2019t stop Wendy from thinking the worst.<\/p>\n

As for the outcome of the misunderstanding, viewers will have to wait and find out what happens, but in the meantime, Audenshaw has spoken, via Digital Spy<\/a>, about whether or not there is a future for Bob and Bernice after all.<\/p>

\u201cYou never know, do you?\u201d he teased. \u201cYou never know what\u2019s going to happen with these relationships, if there is a spark.\u201d<\/p>\n

Audenshaw continued: \u201cThere\u2019s certainly some sort of chemistry between them, but Bob has said that those days are very much behind him and he\u2019s very happy with Wendy.\u201d<\/p>\n

While he might be happy with Wendy, Bob will have to work hard to win Wendy\u2019s complete and absolute trust.<\/p>\n

\u201cI suppose in any relationship, when somebody\u2019s spending a lot of time with someone else, they might have suspicions that something is going on,\u201d Audenshaw said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut Wendy has got no reason to think that\u2026 that I can think of!\u201d<\/p>\n
