Everybody needs good Neighbours. <\/p>
Now that classic Neighbours episodes<\/a> are available to watch on Amazon Freevee, it\u2019s fair to say excitement is well and truly building for the revival.<\/p>\n After the series was axed following 37 years on screen, we got the surprising news on Thursday 17th November that it would be returning<\/a> \u2013 free via the streamer.<\/p>\n We don\u2019t know too much about the revival, but we do know that four very iconic characters have already signed up to return: Susan Kennedy (played by Jackie Woodburne), Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) and Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney).<\/p>\n And we do know the revival series is coming this year \u2013 so you don\u2019t have much longer to wait.<\/p> Following the shock announcement that it had been saved, Neighbours will start filming in 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n It\u2019s expected to land in the \u201csecond half\u201d of the year.<\/p>\n There\u2019s also the small matter of the Neighbours: Farewell Tour<\/a>, which is set to land in the UK in March, and features several of the confirmed returnees.<\/p>\n It wouldn\u2019t necessarily mean filming would stop entirely, as they\u2019ve filmed in the UK before \u2013 and they should hopefully have a pretty expansive cast \u2013 but it will mean some cast members are out of action for a short while.<\/p>\n So far, we know of four characters returning to Neighbours.
