The soap\u2019s executive producer Chris Clenshaw has teased the identity of Linda\u2019s (Kellie Bright) potential business partner, explaining they aren\u2019t the most obvious choice.<\/p>\n
Following Mick\u2019s presumed drowning last Christmas, his jailed wife Janine (Charlie Brooks) is selling his shares. This means that Mick\u2019s ex Linda will have to find someone keen on running the pub while respecting her vision.<\/p>\n

However, Linda isn\u2019t sold on either, resorting to a third party.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, just think about it, in a few months we could be running this place together,\u201d she said on the phone in a recent episode.<\/p>
\u201cLinda is in secret talks with someone else,\u201d Clenshaw confirmed on Loose Women today (24th February).<\/p>\n
While he couldn\u2019t share who this business-savvy person is, the soap boss assured that the reveal will be a shock for viewers.<\/p>\n
\u201c[Linda\u2019s] knight in shining armour isn\u2019t who you\u2019d expect it to be,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
