A face from Martha\u2019s past, Archie Hughes, suddenly arrived on the scene. He owns three local vineyards and will not only be supplying her new caf\u00e9 with wine and cheese, he\u2019s also poised to become a junior partner in Martha\u2019s business \u2013 which wouldn\u2019t be quite so alarming if he hadn\u2019t previously been engaged to her.<\/p>\n

<\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/source><\/picture><\/div>They met through their parents \u201ca lifetime\u201d ago, hit it off and he put a ring on her finger, information which Humphrey is visibly and understandably rocked by.<\/p>\n
While he\u2019s working on his latest case, he accidentally refers to one of the missing family members as Archie, the news weighing heavily on his mind. And it certainly doesn\u2019t help that people are all too eager to point out just how \u201ccute\u201d his wife\u2019s ex-lover is.<\/p>\n
In the teaser for next week\u2019s episode, Archie suggests that Humphrey joins him for a friendly beer, but it\u2019s clear that their relationship is going to be strained moving forwards.<\/p>\n
