Or, to access Amazon Luna\u2019s huge catalogue of games, you can pay extra for one of Amazon Luna\u2019s subscription packages.<\/p>\n There are currently three types of Amazon Luna subscriptions available: First is Luna+, which gives players access to a wide collection of games from a ton of different genres, including action, adventure, family, and more. The Luna+ subscription has the biggest selection of classics from publishers like Capcom and SNK and also has fan-favourite titles such as Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom \u2013 Rehydrated and Resident Evil 2. It\u2019s available for \u00a38.99 per month.<\/p>\n For the second type of subscription, Amazon teamed up video game publisher Ubisoft to create Ubisoft+ Multi Access, available for \u00a314.99 per month. This service includes some of their best AAA titles including the Assassin\u2019s Creed, Watch Dogs, Tom Clancy, and Far Cry franchises.<\/p>\n The third subscription package is a great throwback to the days of the pandemic when the only way you could see people was through Zoom or games. For \u00a33.99 a month, you can get the Jackbox Games subscription, which gives you all of Jackbox\u2019s family party games such as Quiplash, Trivia Murder Party, and Drawful.<\/p>\n All Amazon Prime members have access to Amazon Luna and will get a rotating selection of games each month at no extra cost. The games you can play will change, with this month\u2019s including retro games like Mega Man 11 and family games like the Jackbox Party Pack 3.<\/p>\n However, if you don\u2019t have a Prime subscription, or you want full access to Amazon Luna\u2019s list of games, you will have to pay \u00a38.99 a month for Luna+ or for one of the other two subscription packages.<\/p>\n The Amazon Luna controller is specifically designed for cloud gaming. It can connect directly to the cloud via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or it has a USB port so you can link up manually. The controller also allows you to switch between devices (such as Fire TV to mobile phone) without all the faff of reconfiguration, meaning you get a much smoother gaming experience.<\/p>\n That being said, you do not have to buy the Luna controller to use Amazon Luna. Amazon Luna games can be played with a number of third-party devices, including an Xbox One Controller, DualShock 4 Controller, Razer Kishi Mobile Game Controller or a mouse and keyboard.
