The National Television Awards 2021 are just a few weeks away, with the short list of nominees featuring some of the biggest and brightest stars on British television.<\/span><\/p>\n Unlike most other entertainment awards shows, the NTAs are voted for entirely by the public, making them a strong reflection of what viewers have connected with over the last year.<\/span><\/p>\n The ceremony has been away from our screens for too long, suffering a move from its usual January slot to April due to the pandemic, before being delayed a second time to September when it hopes to finally go ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n If you\u2019re keen to play a part in deciding this year\u2019s winners, there are two methods of having your voice heard at the National Television Awards. Read on for how to cast your vote.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Just as you could with the longlist, the National Television Awards\u2019 shortlist of nominees can be voted on for free from the show\u2019s website (www.nationaltvawards.com<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n Simply head over on the link and follow the instructions on the site to give your favourite shows the best chance at taking home those prestigious trophies.<\/span><\/p>\n However, if you would rather vote by phone, you also have that option by calling: 0905 647 2021 (note: calls cost 25p per minute, plus your network access charge and should last no longer than seven minutes).<\/span><\/p>\n If you\u2019re excited about the National Television Awards, don\u2019t dawdle when it comes to choosing your favourites as all votes must be in by 12pm on Thursday 9th<\/span>\u00a0September 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n Votes received after this time will not be counted but may still be charged if cast over the phone, so keep an eye on the clock.<\/span><\/p>\n The results will be announced at the National Television Awards 2021 ceremony, which will be held at The O2 in London and broadcast live on ITV on 9th September.<\/span><\/p>\n Many fans will enjoy simply tuning in to see their favourite stars strut down the red carpet, but if you would prefer to attend the event \u2013 hosted by The Masked Singer\u2019s Joel Dommett \u2013 in person, tickets are still available from the NTAs website. <\/span><\/p>\n Looking for something else to watch?
