True-crime drama series The Hunt for Raoul Moat<\/a> has now finished airing on ITV1, and viewers have praised the show\u2019s portrayal of the events of 2010.<\/p>\n The series focused on the true story<\/a> of former Newcastle doorman Moat, who in 2010 shot his ex-girlfriend Samantha Stobbart<\/a>, her new partner Christopher Brown<\/a> and police officer David Rathband<\/a>.<\/p>\n Brown died from his injuries and Rathband was permanently blinded.
