The BAFTA TV Awards 2023 take place on Sunday (14th May) at London\u2019s Royal Festival Hall, with the brightest stars from the small screen coming together to honour the best of TV in the last year.<\/span><\/p>\n The Responder<\/a> and This Is Going to Hurt<\/a> are the two shows with the most nominations<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n The Crown<\/a> bagged five nominations for its fifth season which aired last Autumn, including Leading Actress and Supporting Actor.<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile,\u00a0Apple TV+ programmes Slow Horses<\/a> and Bad Sisters, and Emily Blunt\u2019s The English<\/a> received five nominations each, while Am I Being Unreasonable?<\/a>, Somewhere Boy, Big Boys and Top Boy have all been nominated four times.<\/span><\/p>\n Cillian Murphy has received his first nod for his performance as Tommy Shelby in Peaky Blinders. He\u2019s in the running for Best Lead Actor alongside This Is Going to Hurt\u2019s Ben Whishaw<\/a>\u00a0and The Responder\u2019s\u00a0Martin Freeman<\/a>, as well as Chaske Spencer for\u00a0The English, Gary Oldman for\u00a0Slow Horses, and Taron Egerton for Black Bird<\/a>.<\/p>\n Comedians Sue Perkins and Rosie Jones have also bagged their first nominations for Sue Perkins: Perfectly Legal and Rosie Jones\u2019 Trip Hazard, while\u00a0Daniel Radcliffe is also up for his first ever BAFTA for\u00a0Weird: The Al Yankovic Story.<\/a><\/p>\n But who will take home the most sough after awards in British TV this year?<\/p>
