It\u2019s a dramatic time to be a fan of The Walking Dead as the long-running zombie franchise undergoes some major changes \u2013 including bidding farewell to its first ever spin-off.<\/p>\n

Yes, Fear the Walking Dead<\/a> is wrapping up its story after eight action-packed seasons, with Kim Dickens returning as Madison Clark to mark the occasion.<\/p>\n

The character hasn\u2019t been a series regular since season 4, so viewers are intrigued to find out what she\u2019s been up to and see how her reappearance affects the show.<\/p>\n

The winding down of Fear will allow room for new spin-offs, including the ominously titled Dead City<\/a>, another focused on Daryl Dixon<\/a> (Norman Reedus), and the untitled Rick and Michonne<\/a> spin-off starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira.<\/p>\n

AMC is airing Fear the Walking Dead season 8 in the US but UK viewers can tune in through BT.<\/p>\n

Yes, it was confirmed in January 2023 that season 8 will be the final season of Fear The Walking Dead. Some fans are sure to be gutted, however for others, it\u2019s time for the story to wrap up.<\/p>\n

It was announced in December 2021 that Fear the Walking Dead had been renewed for an eighth season, but it\u2019s certainly not the last fans will see of the wildly popular dystopia world.<\/p>

In fact, we\u2019ve got three new spin-offs on the way, including The Walking Dead: Dead City focusing on Jeffrey Dean Morgan\u2019s Negan and Lauren Cohan\u2019s Maggie, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon focusing on Norman Reedus\u2019 Daryl, and an untitled spin-off focusing on Andrew Lincoln\u2019s Rick and Danai Gurira\u2019s Michonne.<\/p>\n

The Rick and Michonne spin-off<\/a> is currently in production, with the stars confirming they were back on set in February this year.<\/p>\n
