Fans of Netflix\u2019s To All the Boys<\/a> films have found a lot to love in spin-off series XO, Kitty<\/a>, which follows Anna Cathcart\u2019s character as she strikes out on her own with a new life in South Korea.<\/p>\n

Little does she know that her plan to be nearer to her boyfriend, Dae (Minyeong Choi), will swiftly be derailed, sending her on a romantic rollercoaster that rivals that of her older sister, Lara Jean (Lana Condor).<\/p>\n

The XO, Kitty ending<\/a> left fans shocked as Kitty was faced with three potential romantic partners, turning an already complicated love triangle into a headache-inducing love square.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re eager to return to the world of the romantic teen drama, read on for everything we know so far about a potential XO, Kitty season 2 on Netflix<\/a>.<\/p>

Has XO, Kitty been renewed for season 2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There\u2019s currently no word from Netflix on the future of the show<\/strong>. The streamer usually takes around one month to make a call based on initial viewership numbers, although that\u2019s not a hard and fast rule.<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, XO, Kitty sits at a respectable third place on Netflix UK\u2019s internal ranking chart, with potential for it to climb even higher over the next week.<\/p>\n

    The show\u2019s first chapter wasn\u2019t short of drama.<\/p>\n

    Kitty had her heart set on Dae when she first arrived at KISS, but she unexpectedly developed romantic feelings for Yuri, despite the pair being at loggerheads for much of the season.<\/p>\n

    \u201cIt\u2019s a lot to understand,\u201d she said to Dae. \u201cI\u2019m barely understanding it myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

    At the airport, Kitty plucked up the courage to bare her soul to the social media influencer following an amicable breakup with her first love. But just as she was about to deliver her confession, Yuri\u2019s love interest Juliana arrived and the moment was lost, with Kitty rushing off to catch her flight home to the US \u2013 and there\u2019s a chance she won\u2019t be returning to study in Seoul.<\/p>\n

    After Principal Lim discovered that Kitty had been living in the boys\u2019 dormitory, she was expelled from the school for breaking the conditions of her scholarship \u2013 despite the fact she had passed the semester after a rocky start.<\/p>\n

    But in a previous scene, Yuri asked her mum to overturn Kitty\u2019s expulsion, which should see her reinstated.<\/p>\n

    If season 2 does get the thumbs up, we\u2019d expect Kitty to head back to South Korea for another semester \u2013 but it remains to be see what shape her love life will take. She could potentially explore a relationship with Yuri, and there\u2019s also Dae\u2019s best friend Min Ho, who tells Kitty that he\u2019s fallen in love with her.<\/p>\n

    What\u2019s a girl to do?!<\/p>\n

    We\u2019d also hope to learn more information about Simon in season 2. The principal gives Kitty a letter she was going to send to her mum, which mentions the aforementioned: \u201cMy world got so much bigger because of you. And because of Simon.\u201d Is he Eve\u2019s first love, as Kitty suspects? Or is he someone else entirely?<\/p>\n
