This year\u2019s British Soap Awards<\/a> are on the horizon and with the big day approaching, the public vote has now opened, meaning you can have your say on who you think should take home the prizes.<\/p>\n The awards ceremony will take place in June at The Lowry in Salford. They won\u2019t be hosted by Phillip Schofield, who has stepped down from his returning role, following his announcement that he was stepping back from his roles at ITV<\/a>.<\/p>\n As always, the awards will be determined by a combination of panel and public votes, with the method changing depending on the category.
