Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood previously said she\u2019d love to sign up for The Jungle<\/a>, after \u2018smashing\u2019 an Extra Camp challenge when she went out to Australia a few years back.<\/p>\n From Good Morning Britain favourites to soap icons to even a BRIT Award-winning popstar, read on for the potential stars in the I\u2019m A Celebrity 2021 line-up \u2013 some of whom have spoken out and expressed their interests in going on the show.<\/p>\n A post shared by Sam Aston (@samaston93)<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/blockquote> Coronation Street\u2019s Sam Aston is \u201copen\u201d to the idea of taking part on I\u2019m a Celebrity, following in the footsteps of fellow Corrie stars Jennie McAlpine and Andy Whyment.<\/p>\n The actor hinted that he had been approached before but had turned it down, telling OK! magazine<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019ve always said no to all of those shows, but then recently for some reason I\u2019ve been more open to the idea.<\/p>\n \u201cJennie [McAlpine] and Andy [Whyment] did the jungle and both of them said it\u2019s the experience of a lifetime. If I was offered it I would be open to the idea and open to the extra pennies!\u201d<\/p>\n The confirmed location of Wales is also appealing to the soap star, who plays Chesney Brown in the ITV series, be cause he wouldn\u2019t want to be too far away from his family. He recently welcomed his first child, a boy named Sonny, with wife Briony Gardner.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m a massive home bird, like when I go on holiday after a week I\u2019m ready to come home, I\u2019ve had enough.\u00a0The idea of going to Australia and not having any contact whatsoever with my family makes me quite uncomfortable. It probably sounds quite soft as a lot of people work away, but I\u2019ve never had to. That side of it would be tough.\u201d<\/p>\n She\u2019s done Love Island and Celebrity Karaoke Club, and now Olivia Attwood fancies her chances at I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026<\/p>\n During an interview with RadioTimes.com<\/a>, she said: \u201cI\u2019d love to do the jungle. I\u2019d give\u00a0Dancing on Ice<\/a>\u00a0a go, although it does scare me. I\u2019m a bit of a baby, so I don\u2019t like getting hurt. I feel like the minute I fall over once, I\u2019d be done. I know it sounds dramatic, but I\u2019m just a bit like that. For me, the jungle is less scary. So I\u2019d love to do the jungle.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cWell, I thought I\u2019d be awful and there was no option for me to do it at all, but I went out a couple years ago and did Extra Camp, and they made me do a trial and I actually smashed it.\u201d<\/p>\n Could Liv be our new Jungle Queen?<\/p>\n RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race UK star Baga Chipz is up for this year\u2019s I\u2019m A Celebrity. During an interview with heat<\/a>, she said: \u201c\u201cI\u2019m a bit of a lazy cow when it comes to telly. [I\u2019d do] anything where I can sit down, like I\u2019m A Celeb. You can put anything in my gob. I\u2019d get ten stars. I\u2019d eat anything.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think they\u2019d be ready for me. You know how you had your Lady C and your Kim Woodburn? I\u2019d be one of them. The reality TV star \u2013 who left Gogglebox<\/a> in February \u2013 responded to a question from a fan who asked if he\u2019d consider going on other reality shows such as \u201cI\u2019m A Celeb or Dancing on Ice.\u201d<\/p>\n In a short clip, posted to his Instagram story, he said: \u201cYeah sure, I think. I actually think that would be sick, and probably would be very fun.\u201d<\/p>\n Former Goggleboxer Scarlett Moffatt competed on the ITV show in 2016, and she won the series. Could Tom be the next Gogglebox star to win the crown?<\/p>\n Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Arnold is rumoured to be taking part in the next season of I\u2019m A Celebrity after he dropped a knowing hint on the breakfast show in May. Speaking to Kate Garraway, who previously entered the jungle for a stint, he said: \u201cIt\u2019s a great show, it\u2019d be great to be a part of\u2026\u201d Replying whether he\u2019d been asked, Richard teased: \u201cWell, I\u2019ve got to do the downstairs loo, I\u2019m hoping to get a marble finish so if the offer comes in I\u2019ll do it [\u2026] I wouldn\u2019t officially rule it out. I\u2019ve never experienced anyone who\u2019s come out of it and said they\u2019ve had any regrets.\u201d<\/p>\n With her bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards expecting a baby, Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall has suggested she would be up for taking on an exciting challenge of her own: I\u2019m A Celebrity. During an appearance on Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston\u2019s Heart FM show, Jade was asked whether she would be up for I\u2019m A Celeb, to which the South Shield popstar gave a surprising answer, telling them: \u201cI\u2019ll try anything once me, do you know what I mean? I\u2019ll give it a crack.\u201d She added: \u201cIf something smells bad I won\u2019t put it in my mouth, but I am good at creepy crawlies.\u201d<\/p>\n Corrie star Lucy Fallon was rumoured to be taking part on I\u2019m a Celebrity in 2019 and 2020, after leaving the ITV soap in January. The star \u2013 who played Bethany Platt on the cobbles for five years \u2013 recently appeared on ITV\u2019s adventure reality TV show Don\u2019t Rock The Boat<\/a>.<\/p>\n Lucy previously denied that she was doing I\u2019m a Celebrity last year, but after getting a taste of adventure on Don\u2019t Rock the Boat, we think Lucy would be excellent in the jungle \u2013 or castle.<\/p>\n John Barnes is a name that seems to be constantly attached to the show. The former footballer and manager is reality TV pro having previously taken part on Strictly Come Dancing<\/a> and Family Fortunes, and has described himself as the perfect candidate for the series \u2013 as there\u2019s nothing he wouldn\u2019t try.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve done a number of shows in my days but nothing as adventurous as I\u2019m a Celeb,\u201d he told The Mirror. \u201cAnd to be honest, there\u2019s nothing that I wouldn\u2019t eat or anything I wouldn\u2019t do\u2026 I\u2019m fairly easy-going, if they asked me to do something, I\u2019d do it.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cSimilar to why I went on to do Strictly Come Dancing\u00a0all those years ago, it\u2019d be good to lose some weight, perhaps try to beat Nick Knowles\u2019 two-stone weight loss.\u201d<\/p>\n While we can\u2019t imagine Selling Sunset<\/a> icon Christine Quinn slumming it in a sleeping bag in the North of Wales or wearing a red gilet, we\u2019d love nothing more than to see the real estate agent star taking part. Christine\u2019s name was thrown into the mix when betting agents Ladbrokes saw her odds fall from 10\/1 to just 5\/1 to appear on the series this year.<\/p>\n Christine recently revealed that she\u2019d be up for leaving the popular Netflix series to kickstart her own show<\/a>, so what better way to build a UK audience than by appearing on I\u2019m a Celebrity?<\/p>\n Countryfile presenter Matt Baker<\/a> stepped down from co-presenting BBC One\u2019s The One Show with Alex Jones earlier this year, leaving his schedule open to take part on I\u2019m a Celebrity.<\/p>\n Explaining why he was leaving the BBC one chat show, the presenter said at the time: \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to having dinner with my family and being able to put my kids to bed.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked whether he would be up for taking part on I\u2019m a Celeb, he told Hello!<\/a>:\u201dI haven\u2019t had any conversations yet. I am reluctant to say no to anything without having a good think about it.\u201d<\/p>\n RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race winner The Vivienne<\/a> \u2013 also known as James Lee Williams \u2013 won the first UK series last year, after being appointed the first UK RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race ambassador back in 2015. The Vivienne recently landed her own TV show with fellow Drag Race star Baga Chipz<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0called I Like to Watch, which features the drag queens reacting to TV clips of Netflix titles only.<\/p>\n The Vivienne recently told Lorraine Kelly that she would love to take part on the show even though she\u2019s \u201cpetrified of spiders\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cDo you know what, I\u2019ve never thought about it but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that would be!\u201d she told host Lorraine. Get me to that jungle, what a great life opportunity. I am all for that!\u201d<\/p>\n Tamzin Outhwaite, arguably best known for her role as Mel Owen on EastEnders, continues to be rumoured for I\u2019m a Celebrity. It was claimed that the actress had turned down Strictly to take part on the ITV show, with a source telling The Sun: \u201cIt\u2019s early days with Tamzin but she\u2019s someone producers have discussed going to Oz in the autumn \u2014 and she\u2019s told pals she is 100 per cent not taking part in Strictly. There\u2019s some way to go in negotiations but she\u2019s more likely to be eating a kangaroo testicle than wearing sequins this year.\u201d<\/p>\n However, Tamzin recently dismissed the claims, telling OK! magazine, \u201cI don\u2019t understand where this rumour has come from. I even have my family asking me if it is true and I have to tell them no!\u201d<\/p>\n Could she be having us on? We\u2019ll have to wait and see\u2026<\/p> Earlier this year it was reported that I\u2019m a Celebrity producers were desperate to sign former Manchester United legend Eric Cantona. Director of Entertainment at ITV Studios Richard Cowles recently said at a recent Royal Television Society Q&A: \u201cI just like the idea of Eric Cantona talking in French and coming up with really profound things.\u201d<\/p>\n Cantona hasn\u2019t commented on the rumours. He has recently starred in French crime drama The Traveller, and Netflix drama Inhuman Resources.<\/p>\n Divisive TV presenter and journalist Piers Morgan usually makes the rumour line-up for I\u2019m a Celebrity, and sometimes spurs them on by revealing he would take part on the series\u2026 For the fee of \u00a310million.<\/p>\n The Good Morning Britain host recently responded to a fan asking what it take for him to go on the ITV show, to which he replied, \u201c\u00a310million\u201d.<\/p>\n We\u2019re not sure ITV has that kind of budget, but if he did end up on the show, we predict he\u2019d be voted to take part in every single task by the public.<\/p>\n The Chase fans got all excited when Jenny Ryan aka The Vixen hinted that she was going to take part on the show this year.<\/p>\n When it was announced that the series would be moving from Australia to Wales due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenny tweeted: \u201cMy main reservations about doing I\u2019m A Celeb have always been 1. The Spiders 2. The Snakes 3. The Heat. This could be a big opportunity for ol\u2019 Jenny.\u201d<\/p>\n The quizzer previously wowed judges and viewers alike with her impressive vocal talents when she competed on ITV\u2019s Celebrity X Factor last year, and she also appeared on Celebrity Masterchef. The Chase\u2019s Anne Hegerty took part on I\u2019m A Celeb in 2018.<\/p>\n Katie Price\u2019s ex-husband Kieran Hayler said he had been in talks with producers about taking part on I\u2019m a Celebrity earlier this year.<\/p>\n He told New! magazine: \u201cI\u2019d love to go on \u2018I\u2019m A Celeb\u2019. I think there have been talks, but I don\u2019t know for sure. I\u2019d love to do it because I\u2019m into the outdoors anyway so for me it would be really cool.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cI think it\u2019s just the eating stuff I\u2019d be a bit rubbish at \u2013 and it\u2019s closer to home now I\u2019ve heard.\u201d<\/p>\n Love Island<\/a>\u2018s Amy Hart recently addressed rumours she was due to join the I\u2019m a Celeb 2020 line-up. When asked by \u00a0OnlineCasinos<\/a> whether an appearance on\u00a0<\/em>the ITV show was is in the pipeline, the air-steward-turned-reality-TV star said: \u201cWell apparently so but I haven\u2019t heard that, I mean I would love to do it.<\/p>\n \u201cI love reality TV \u2013 I\u2019ve been a big fan of reality TV for years, and I love new experiences and learning new skills. There\u2019s not a lot I wouldn\u2019t do, just for fun. I just think where else are you going to get the chance to ballroom dance or ice skate.\u201d<\/p>\n Amy went on Love Island in 2019, and sensationally quit when fellow islander Curtis Pritchard ended their relationship.<\/p>\n Danny Walters, made a memorable comeback as Keanu Taylor to EastEnders ahead of the show\u2019s 35th anniversary, before leaving the show at the start of the year. The soap star, who also played Tiger Dyke in ITV\u2019s hit sitcom Benidorm, has been rumoured for the 2020 line-up \u2013 so perhaps he could be making an appearance in 2021.<\/p>\n Ex-Corrie star and Boyzone band member Keith Duffy was strongly rumoured for the series this year \u2013 until he dismissed the claims on Instagram.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not going in, I was never going in, I dunno where it came from. I love Ant and Dec. I love I\u2019m A Celebrity. I\u2019m gonna watch it from the comfort of my own sofa.<\/p>\n He added: \u201cThings are too hard to be doing that stuff this time of year, just for all the questions I\u2019m getting asked. No!
