Caleb, played by William Ash, has recently returned to the village to plot against Kim Tate (Claire King) and get his hands on Home Farm.<\/p>\n
The secret son of Frank Tate, Caleb was caught out<\/a>, leading Cain to feel \u201cincredibly stupid\u201d for letting him in his life again.<\/p>\n As the conman will be found dead in upcoming scenes, Hordley explained Cain\u2019s potential involvement in his half-brother\u2019s murder.<\/p> \u201cI think there is always potential for anything with Cain,\u201d the soap star told press including RadioTimes.com<\/a>. \u201cIf he\u2019s pushed in the wrong direction or if he flies off the handle then anything can happen.\u201d<\/p>\n Cain is experiencing a lot of resentment over Caleb\u2019s deceit, explained Hordley.<\/p>\n \u201cI think Cain was beginning to accept the fact that he had a brother and he was beginning to quite like that they were starting to get on,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a shame, as far as Cain\u2019s concerned, because once you let him down he isn\u2019t the type of person to give you a second chance.\u201d<\/p>\n As Cain has been responsible for various crimes over his time in the Dales, it won\u2019t be a surprise for him to be among the suspects of Caleb\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s the nature of the show we are in that we often have these whodunnits and I\u2019ve been in the lineup for many different things over the years,\u201d Hordley said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just another day in paradise for me.\u201d<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Emmerdale<\/a> airs on weekdays at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
