There are more emotional scenes on the way. <\/p>
Fans of EastEnders<\/a> are still reeling off the death of Lola Pearce-Brown (played by Danielle Harold) last week on the BBC soap.<\/p>\n However, there are still emotional days to come as her family plans her funeral.<\/p>\n According to Jamie Borthwick, who plays Jay Brown, Lola\u2019s family will do her proud.<\/p>\n Speaking to RadioTimes.com<\/a> at the British Soap Awards, Borthwick confirmed there would be more heart-wrenching scenes on the way, adding: \u201cIsabella [Brown]\u2019s great in that. More tears, sadly. But she gets the send-off she deserves.\u201d<\/p>\n Harold added: \u201cI wanted to go, just to be there with my little Izzie, but I couldn\u2019t, so I can\u2019t wait to see it. I\u2019ve heard they\u2019ve been amazing. This one\u2019s [Borthwick] supposed to be very good\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking about the reaction to Lola\u2019s death, Borthwick explained how thrilled they\u2019ve been with the response to the hard-hitting storyline.<\/p> He said: \u201cIt\u2019s been great, it\u2019s been really nice. Everyone\u2019s been really lovely and I\u2019ve lost count of how many messages from people who are going through it or lost a partner or mum or dad or anyone. This storyline was for them, for the people who are sadly suffering from it.\u201d<\/p>\n As for Isabella Brown, who plays Lexi, Harold was full of love for her on-screen daughter.<\/p>\n She said: \u201cI can\u2019t sing her praises enough. She\u2019s been incredible and she deserves every recognition as a little actress. She\u2019s been my little rock, she\u2019s got me through everything.
