The Baptiste star has joined the Peaky Blinders cast for its sixth and final series. <\/p>

Fans of BBC period drama Peaky Blinders<\/a> can\u2019t wait for the new series to arrive and, judging by new cast member Conrad Khan\u2019s recent comments, there isn\u2019t much longer to wait until it lands on our screens.<\/p>\n

Khan, who\u2019ll be joining the show as a new character in the upcoming series, spoke about season six in an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com<\/a>, revealing that it\u2019ll be airing early next year.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat comes out, from what I last heard \u2013\u00a0 I mean, these things change so quickly \u2013 I think that will come out next February, the beginning of next year,\u201d he said whilst promoting Baptiste series two<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was so much footage, so many episodes, that it does take a while to edit \u2013 six months or something.\u201d<\/p>

Shooting on the new series officially wrapped in June and, while Khan couldn\u2019t give much away about his character, he did say that he had \u201can amazing experience\u201d filming the popular drama.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah I finished that a few months ago now,\u201d he said. \u201cThat was super enjoyable. It\u2019s quite different to [Baptiste] in a sense that it\u2019s more action based rather than psychological drama, but that was such an amazing experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cI met a lot of highly esteemed actors. It feels like a different world now because I\u2019ve just been at home, working on my uni stuff and reading, so it does feel like a different world.\u201d<\/p>\n

In June, Stephen Graham \u2013 who\u2019ll also be joining Peaky Blinders for its final series \u2013 revealed that he \u201chad to pinch himself\u201d when working with Cillian Murphy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cCillian\u2019s such a wonderful actor, he\u2019s amazing and what a lovely, lovely, lovely fella,\u201d he told Radio X\u2019s Chris Moyles. \u201cI had to pinch myself a couple of times because I was sat there in a scene with him, doing a rehearsal and stuff and I\u2019ve kinda gone, \u2018Ahh that\u2019s Tommy Shelby!’\u201d<\/p>\n
