There’s always drama when Cindy’s around. <\/p>

Now that Cindy Beale<\/a> (Michelle Collins) has been confirmed to return to EastEnders<\/a>, all eyes are on whether she\u2019s a changed woman from that fiery character we all know and love.<\/p>\n

While drama can\u2019t help but follow Cindy around, Executive Producer Chris Clenshaw promised a lot has changed in her life over the past 25 years \u2013 no less than her change of identity to Rose Knight.<\/p>

Speaking to press including RadioTimes.com<\/a>, Clenshaw opened up on what we can expect from this new version of Cindy.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cIt\u2019s been 25 years and so there\u2019s been a lot of change.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd obviously, Cindy\u2019s a bit of a different woman now, but what we don\u2019t necessarily learn that episode, which will become much clearer, is kind of how they got back together just over a year ago, and how she kind of really relied on Ian. Ultimately, at the end of the day, he\u2019s hopeless in love, isn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a hopeless romantic, so I don\u2019t think it took a lot for him to be brought back into Cindy\u2019s world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking about Cindy\u2019s history with George Knight (Colin Salmon), Clenshaw added: \u201cI think she\u2019s been through a hell of a lot of things. She\u2019s had this whole other life with George and Gina and Anna and [hasn\u2019t] been able to tell them who she really is. They were together for 15 years \u2013 there\u2019s a lot of history there. So she\u2019s not quite the same woman.\u201d<\/p>\n
