The Under-21 European Championships 2023 continue into the weekend with the knockout stages, and England are going along smoothly as they gear up for the quarter-finals.<\/p>\n
Boss Lee Carsley has overseen a trio of 2-0 wins to secure safe passages out of Group C, with five different goalscorers and plenty of enthusiasm to win shown by his crop of hot prospects.<\/p>\n
