The third instalment of the franchise, directed by James Gunn<\/a>,\u00a0saw Chris Pratt\u2019s Peter Quill\/Star-Lord, Dave Bautista\u2019s Drax, Karen Gillan\u2019s Nebula<\/a>, Pom Klementieff\u2019s Mantis and a very different version of Zoe Saldana\u2019s Gamora join forces to tackle a new villain in the form of Chukwudi Iwuji\u2019s High Evolutionary and save Rocket\u2019s (Bradley Cooper) life.<\/p>\n Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3<\/a> hit cinemas in May, grossing over $800M at the worldwide box office, but when will it become available to stream online? Read on for everything you need to know.<\/p>\n Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3<\/a> will eventually land on Disney Plus<\/a>, but a date has yet to be confirmed.<\/p>\n While we only had to wait 2 months for films such as Thor: Love & Thunder<\/a> and just six weeks for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness to hit the streaming service following their theatrical release in 2022, the most recent two entries in the MCU, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania<\/a> have taken longer to materialise on the platform.<\/p>\n As a result, it\u2019s difficult to estimate a streaming release date.<\/p>\n In the meantime, the film is available to purchase on-demand from digital platforms including Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, Google Play, Vudu and YouTube.<\/p>\n No, it looks unlikely at this point, given that Marvel is owned by Disney.<\/p>\n As detailed above, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 is expected to eventually land on Disney Plus.<\/p>\n The film is expected to become available on blu-ray and DVD from 1st August, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n Unfortunately, pre-orders aren\u2019t currently available.<\/p>\n The at-home release will feature deleted scenes,\u00a0a gag reel, director\u2019s commentary and featurettes about how Rocket Raccoon was brought to life and about the cast\u2019s passion for each other and the entire franchise.<\/p>\n The film is one of the longest MCU movies ever, with a runtime of\u00a0149 minutes and 51 seconds or, in other words, nearly two-and-a-half hours.<\/p>\n You can sign up to Disney Plus for \u00a37.99 a month or \u00a379.90 for a year<\/a> now.<\/strong><\/p>\n Looking for something else to watch?
