The Dune star hinted at what’s to come… sort of. <\/p>
Apple TV+\u2019s Silo<\/a> was one of this year\u2019s biggest hits, with the sci-fi story starring Rebecca Ferguson becoming a favourite among fans and critics alike.<\/p>\n Based on Hugh Howey\u2019s book series<\/a>, the show has been renewed for season 2, which is just as well considering that<\/em> cliffhanger ending<\/a>.<\/p>\n Speaking to IndieWire<\/a> before the SAG-AFTRA strike went into effect, Ferguson hinted at what\u2019s to come for muscular mechanic-turned sheriff Juliette Nichols.<\/p> \u201cI love where we are going to in season 2. She definitely learns new tricks and things get very wet,\u201d Ferguson, who also acts as a producer on the series, said.<\/p>\n The actress recently starred in Mission: Impossible \u2013 Dead Reckoning Part One<\/a>, and she will soon reprise the role of Lady Jessica in sci-fi epic Dune\u2019s upcoming sequel<\/a>.<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferguson opened up about how different her Silo character is to the others she\u2019s played.<\/p>\n \u201cI often take on powerful characters and portray regal princesses and countesses and concubines, so my agenda was to completely break down and find in myself the capacity to do something else with Juliette,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cI find Juliette selfish in the beginning; she\u2019s a broken heroine who gradually realises there are things bigger than herself.\u201d<\/p>
