With the Love Island 2023 final<\/a> approaching, there\u2019s been lots of shake ups in the villa. Most recently, Whitney Adebayo<\/a> and Lochan Nowacki<\/a> were voted as the public\u2019s favourite couple, and had to decide who to send home out of Kady McDermott<\/a> and Ouzy See<\/a>, and Mitchel Taylor<\/a> and Ella Barnes<\/a>.<\/p>\n After hearing both couples out, Whit and Lochan decided to keep Ella B and Mitch, insisting that Mitch was a \u201cbig character\u201d in the villa that they didn\u2019t want to lose.<\/p>\n The decision didn\u2019t sit too well with the other Love Island 2023 contestants<\/a>, however, as Tyrique Hyde<\/a> told them they made the wrong choice, while Abi Moores felt that Ouzy and Kady were stronger couple, revealing that Mitch himself had said he didn\u2019t see him and Ella B working on the outside. Mitch denied this.<\/p>\n With all this drama going on, there was lots to unpack in this week\u2019s episode of The Love Island Lowdown<\/a>, brought to you by Grace Henry and Morgan Cormack.<\/p>\n As usual, the episode kicked off with a recap of last week\u2019s events, from Catherine Agbaje<\/a> and Elom Ahlijah\u2019s exit, to the double dumping at Vibe Beach Club \u2013 which included a special performance from Rita Ora \u2013 to Tyrique\u2019s grand display of affection, as he told Ella Thomas<\/a> that he loves her.<\/p> Next, the duo moved on to the big question of the week: Should Mitch have gone home?<\/p>\n Following Whitney and Lochan\u2019s decision to keep him in the villa, fans flocked to Twitter to voice their opinions, with many feeling his time was up. Sharing the same sentiment, Grace and Morgan delved into why they believe it was the right time for Mitch to leave.<\/p>\n Lastly, the girls moved onto the Factor 50 forecast, where they predicted who they think could be getting dumped next.<\/p>\n Love Island airs on\u00a0<\/strong>ITV2 at 9pm.
