While Jodie Whittaker\u2019s time in the TARDIS has come to an end, with David Tennant<\/a>\u2018s Fourteenth Doctor taking over for this year\u2019s 60th anniversary specials of Doctor Who<\/a>, that doesn\u2019t mean elements of the Thirteenth Doctor\u2019s era won\u2019t continue.<\/p>\n

Companions, locations and villains could all return in Russell T Davies\u2019s new era, and when it comes to villains, you don\u2019t get much more consequential than Sacha Dhawan\u2019s version of the Master, who terrorised Whittaker\u2019s Doctor across season 12 and The Power of the Doctor.<\/p>\n

But will he be returning anytime soon? Well, speaking about his new series Wolf<\/a> with this week\u2019s Radio Times magazine<\/strong>, Dhawan has certainly hinted as much, teasing a few things that he can\u2019t currently talk about.<\/p>\n

Dhawan was asked whether he\u2019d had a call from Davies regarding Doctor Who, to which he said: \u201cWell, I\u2019m involved in a few things that I can\u2019t talk about, so who knows? I\u2019m also creating my own stuff because I don\u2019t necessarily just want to be moving from job to job, but it\u2019s not always easy. The industry can feel quite isolating, but I\u2019m holding my nerve.\u201d<\/p>\n
