The Belgian Grand Prix returns with Max Verstappen in ominous form and showing no sign of slowing down \u2013 literally and figuratively \u2013 in Spa.<\/p>\n
The flying Dutchman will be backed by swathes of travelling fans who will cross the border into Belgium for the race.<\/p>\n
Verstappen has won his last seven races in a row in 2023 and is yet to finish outside the top two this season. He won this particular race in 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n
Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez knows his place is under pressure following a shaky patch of form, while McLaren are on the march and hoping to make further gains in the second half of the season.<\/p>\n
Daniel Ricciardo\u2019s first race of the campaign last time out in Budapest ended in a 13th-place finish. He will hope to challenge the top 10 in the weeks to come.<\/p>\n
