New thriller series\u00a0Wolf<\/a> not only has heavyweight talent behind the camera but also boasts a cast of familiar faces that includes Ukweli Roach (The Midwich Cuckoos), Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones<\/a>) and Doctor Who<\/a>\u2018s Sacha Dhawan.<\/p>\n Dhawan stars as Honey alongside Rheon\u2019s Molina, who are \u201ctwo mismatched professionals forced together on a job\u201d, according to the series synopsis.<\/p>\n If the recently released and very tense trailer is anything to go by, this is one watch that is as perplexing as it is intriguing, and viewers will undoubtedly be left on the edge of their seats with this series as there\u2019s set to be many \u201ctwists and turns\u201d according to Dhawan.<\/p>\n Chatting exclusively to RadioTimes.com<\/a> about Wolf, he said: \u201cIt\u2019s a brilliant blend of genres. The producer of it is Nikki Wilson, who worked on Doctor Who. And it\u2019s made by Hartswood, you know, obviously Steven Moffat worked on Doctor Who, they made Sherlock, Inside Man. So it\u2019s an amazing team and it\u2019s an amazing blend of genres.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cSo it\u2019s crime, horror, sickly humour, and there\u2019s two narratives in it. My character features in the second narrative with an amazing actor called Iwan Rheon, who was Ramsey in Game of Thrones. It\u2019s a very kind of dark story, but full of twists and turns.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m really excited for people to see it. It\u2019s not quite what people think it\u2019s going to be. And it\u2019s great that the BBC are doing something like this.\u201d<\/p> The six-part crime drama is based on Mo Hayder\u2019s acclaimed Jack Caffery novels and follows two parallel storylines.
