Alison & Larry: Billericay to Barry<\/a> sees the duo \u2018take a trip down memory lane\u2019, traversing the iconic journey their characters made to and from Wales alongside their son Gavin and best friend Smithy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Speaking about the series, Steadman said: <\/span>\u201cI can\u2019t wait to take this trip down memory lane to explore Pam and Mick\u2019s neck of the woods, as well as so many other locations precious to me. And who better to do it with than Larry? I\u2019m so excited to be reunited.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Lamb added: \u201cI am really looking forward to reminiscing with Alison while taking the trip from Billericay to Barry, it was such a huge part in the plot of Gavin & Stacey<\/a>. This journey holds a special place in my heart and I hope the fans are pleased with it.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Gavin & Stacey<\/a> was a huge hit for the BBC, with Alison and Larry winning over plenty of fans with their comedic performances as Gavin\u2019s overbearing mother Pam and laid-back dad Mick.<\/span><\/p>\n The duo recently told<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Radio Times magazine<\/b> they\u2019d be up for a Gavin & Stacey return<\/a> \u2013 but on the condition that it was only a special and not a full run of episodes.<\/span><\/p>\n Steadman said: \u201cI\u2019d like to do another, but I don\u2019t know if I could do seven episodes. A special would be great fun and it wouldn\u2019t be too draining and exhausting. The Christmas special cliffhanger ending was brilliant. I was really touched and moved by it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Lamb said: \u201cIt\u2019s like getting the family together again, so absolutely yes to another one.
