EastEnders and Game of Thrones star Darren Kent died last Friday (10th August), it has been announced.<\/p>\n
Kent played a goatherd from Slavers Bay in the season 4 finale of Game of Thrones<\/a>, titled The Children, while he also appeared in two episodes of EastEnders<\/a> last year and in the 2012 film Snow White and the Huntsman. He was recently seen in the ITV thriller Malpractice<\/a>.<\/p>\n Kent had previously been diagnosed with osteoporosis, arthritis and a rare skin disorder, and was a patron of Equal People Performing Arts, a charity supporting disabled, non-disabled and disadvantaged people who want to enjoy the arts.<\/p>\n His talent agency Carey Dodd Associates posted on Twitter<\/a>, which has recently been re-branded as X: \u201cIt is with deep sadness we have to tell you that our dear friend and client Darren Kent passed away peacefully on Friday. His parents and best friend by his side.
