The Australian drama is Whittaker’s first role since Doctor Who. <\/p>
Following her departure from Doctor Who<\/a> last year, all eyes are on Jodie Whittaker\u2019s new drama, One Night<\/a>.<\/p>\n The new Australian-set series will follow three women, Simone (Nicole da Silva), Hat (Yael Stone) and Tess (Whittaker), whose friendship was destroyed by a traumatic event 20 years prior. But what exactly happened?<\/p>\n Well, we finally have our first look at the drama with a new trailer being teased on Paramount Plus Australia\u2019s Twitter<\/a>, which has recently rebranded to X.<\/p>\n Although a Paramount Plus UK release date is yet to be confirmed, we do finally have our first peek at the series, with the eerie 30-second clip displaying little more than the actor\u2019s names and some poignant dialogue.<\/p>\n We can hear Whittaker\u2019s Tess state: \u201cYou shouldn\u2019t listen to gossip around here, it\u2019s toxic.\u201d<\/p>\n Hat (Stone) can then be heard saying that \u201cthere\u2019s this whole other story\u201d before we get a glimpse of Whittaker sternly asking someone: \u201cWhat do you remember?\u201d<\/p>\n You can watch the Australian teaser trailer below.<\/p>\n Secrets always surface.
